Old town renovation;

We turned the upstairs bedroom into a bathroom first and then this renovation hit full swing! (Will upload the photos separately)

- gutted everting firstly.

-some bricklaying adjustments.

- new roof.

- primed the walls with blue grit.

- new timber stud walls to Create a downstairs office / utility / and downstairs shower room.

-new 1st fix plumbing and electrical works.

- plasterboard installed and plastering works.

- insulated the floor, added new dpc and sand cement screeded over the top - got rid of the old town step down into the kitchen.

And yes there was no skip, Just an alley way entrance!
