TIG/MIG Welder Wanted
We are a well-established and growing company seeking a skilled TIG/MIG Welder to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for welders of all experience levels, as training will be provided for the right candidate.

📍 Location: Royal Wootton Bassett
⏳ Start Date: ASAP
⏲ Hours: 42 hours per week

4 Day Working Week:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overtime during busy periods
💰 Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Perform TIG/MIG welding on sheet metal
✔️ Work with box sections and tubes
✔️ Mark out and tack weld as needed
✔️ Clean and dress welds to a high standard
✔️ Read job sheets and technical drawings
✔️ Ensure production deadlines are met
✔️ Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Skills & Experience (Preferred but Not Essential):
🔹 Experience welding stainless steel sheet metal (up to 3mm thick)
🔹 Prior work in a sheet metal fabrication environment
🔹 Confident TIG/MIG welding abilities
🔹 Ability to read technical drawings and perform jig work
🔹 Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
