Working closely with the Logistics Coordinator, this role ensures that all units are sequenced, transported, and documented in line with project requirements, while maintaining strong communication with suppliers, factories, and site teams.

The Fitzrovia is a Grade A mixed-use building in the prominent city centre location of Tottenham Court Road, London. The Hybrid Frames structure provides 5,570sqm of office space on the upper floors, mixed retail space on the ground and lower floors and eight premium residential units.

PCE Ltd was appointed by Kier Construction to design, manufacture, and construct the Hybrid Frames building, embracing a ‘kit-of-parts’ philosophy using offsite manufactured structural steel and precast concrete components, together with insitu reinforced concrete.

By utilising PCE’s innovative Hybrid Frames System, this MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) build delivered a much faster programme compared with traditional construction methods, excelling in speed, quality, safety and value.

PCE Ltd has been appointed by main contractor Galliford Try as the superstructure and façade specialist for Brent Cross Town Plot 14. Using its HybriDfMA build system, hyTower®, PCE will assemble nearly 4,500 offsite manufactured components, realising the vision of architects Allies and Morrison and Whittam Cox with safety, quality, speed, and value.

In line with its flexible supply chain model, PCE will engage 6 offsite specialist manufacturers from across the UK and Europe to manufacture its standardised components.

PCE’s offsite manufacturing approach also integrates required sub-assemblies during production, such as windows, MVHR ducts, balconies, and façades. Integrating these elements offsite ensures components are ready for immediate assembly upon arrival.

Led by John Sisk & Sons for the Silvertown Partnership, which includes Lendlease, PCE’s innovative Hybrid Frame system was central to the success of Silvertown Plot 6. This phase features three six-story, mixed-use blocks with affordable housing above commercial spaces and parking. As the first phase of Silvertown’s transformation, Plot 6 sets a high standard for sustainable, efficient urban construction.

With a team of 25 multi-skilled workers, PCE completed each building level, comprising over 380 structural components and three cores, in circa 10 days.

PCE’s work on Silvertown Plot 6 exemplifies how modern, innovative construction methods can overcome complex urban challenges while delivering faster, more sustainable, and higher-quality outcomes.

Led by John Sisk & Sons for the Silvertown Partnership, which includes Lendlease, PCE have been appointed to deliver the structural frame for Silvertown Plot 6. Located meters from the City of London Airport, Plot 6 is the first development within the 50-acre Silvertown regeneration.

By pre-engineering and manufacturing structural elements offsite, PCE significantly reduces project risks while enhancing quality, speed, and efficiency. Our key principle is using the right material for the right job, ensuring each component is optimised for performance, aesthetics, and sustainability.

For Silvertown Plot 6, our ‘kit of parts’ solution includes a mix of over 2,300 precast concrete and steel components, manufactured by 4 different offsite specialists from across the UK and Europe. This comprises 6m double-height precast concrete twin walls, internal walls, steel columns, steel transfer beams, steel composite beams, precast stairs and landings, and hollowcore flooring.

PCE Ltd has been selected by main contractor Galliford Try as the superstructure and façade specialist for Brent Cross Town Plot 14.

Utilising its HybriDfMA build system, hyTower®, PCE will provide systemised design, offsite manufacture, and assembly of three high-rise residential blocks, up to 12 storeys high, delivering 286 Build to Rent apartments. This project is part of the larger £8bn Brent Cross Town development by Related Argent and Barnet Council.

Working with standardised components, PCE’s design team are able to configure each component so that it algins with architectural vision of Allies and Morrison and Whittam Cox.

For Plot 14, the hyTower® solution comprises a kit of parts of 4,500 concrete and steel components. This includes twin walls, sandwich panels, stair cores, composite structural steel reinforced concrete beams, and hollowcore.

Led by John Sisk and Sons for the Silvertown Partnership, which includes Lendlease Development, PCE Ltd has been appointed as the specialist design and build contractor for Silvertown Plot 6.

This phase of the Silvertown project features a dynamic mixed-use development encompassing three six-storey blocks totalling 10,385m². These blocks will feature five storeys of affordable housing above commercial spaces with integrated parking.

For Silvertown Plot 6, our design team will configure PCE’s HybriDfMA Frame systemised build solution, tailored to realise Bryden Wood’s structural design, in accordance with Maccreanor Lavington’s architectural vision, resulting in structural optimisation and certainty of outcome.
