Progress from just 4-5 weeks ago.
We have installed the drainage and manholes, the insulated concrete base 65mm short ready for the underfloor heating and liquid screed. The brick and block work is up most of the way around and the cut roof is nearly complete.

More progress pics to follow! I’m sure it’ll move on quickly once the windows and door is then installed!

Here just some of the projects we have completed over the last few years.

So we have started the demolition, dig and rebuild of this house/extension that is basically built on sand!

The old extension was only built on top of the original garden wall. It was badly built, electrics and plumbing were chaos, no insulation and it was a very cold damp room!

This new extension will be the warmest part of the house with its insulated underfloor heating installation.

Making good progress. More pictures to come as we progress on with this job.

One bath replaced with a new shower tray with new shower panels and a shower screen!
We had to move the sink over only 50mm to allow the shower screen to fit but you’d never know!

We completed this job in Bristol.

So we had an insurance job to sort due to previous builders doing a bad job of this floor!

We had to pull out all 55sqm of the original floor and found that the sub base was so badly done we had to dig out and re-screed the entire dining area then we had to dig up the back extension floor due to previous poorly laid slate tiles and self leveling and re self level the entire areas so the floor was flat throughout.

We have relayed all 55sqm of new flooring all throughout the downstairs in one go. No thresholds apart from the two untouched rooms!

It’s a massive improvement to what they were left with. Left with a very happy customer.

A small job we completed a couple of weeks ago! Added a toilet cubical to a play room for a local day care. Altered the window and door to the opposite sides and classed the back garden wall!

Customer is over the moon. Makes it easier for the them and the kids.

Been on another job doing some odds and sods!

Put up some trellis around the top of a fence, added some fencing slats to a couple other fence areas to tidy it up, rehung a new gate and we boarded out a garage with ply, hung a fire door and had a new pvc door fitted for the customer as a workshop then painted it all white. Had a great little ceiling heated fitted. Really pumps out some heat.

Finished this small part garage conversion today. A nice easy little job to do.
Most of the garage had already been turned into a day room for young children with a small area left at the front of the garage for storage.
We removed the old garage door and made the room a little bigger for them with anthracite grey cladding for the exterior and a new window. Plenty of insulation and ready for the customer to decorate in with the gruffalo theme.
The kids will be happy to be back in their play room Monday!
