By extending the room, we created a better use of space and added an extra shower for the house - practical, modern, and ideal for busy homes! Finished with new Sanctuaryware, a new extractor, and clean, contemporary finishes.

Trust the process!👏🏼✨

We’ve recently completed a full downstairs renovation for a customer, transforming the space both visually and functionally. The works included a brand new kitchen and utility room, new flooring throughout the entire downstairs, and new skirting fitted throughout for a clean, cohesive finish.

The layout was improved with a knock-through from the front door into the new utility room, creating better flow and a more practical everyday space. An old doorway was also repurposed with custom-built shoe rack shelving, making smart use of previously unused space👟

We’ve just wrapped up on this project in this beautiful 400-year-old cottage!

We started with a brand new insulated ceiling to give the space better warmth and energy efficiency. Kev and Quinn at Top Plastering then worked their magic, creating the perfect fresh canvas for the rest of the work to follow.

We fully self-levelled the floor to create a solid, even base, then added a sealed and vapour-barriered underlay to protect the home for years to come. On top of that went stunning engineered oak flooring, bringing both durability and a timeless, natural look that suits the character of the cottage perfectly. To finish the job, we installed new skirtings to tie everything together.

There’s something incredibly rewarding about bringing modern comfort and craftsmanship into a home with so much history in its walls!

W**d membrane down and ready for the customer to complete the next stage — a pergola to complete this tropical transformation!🌺✨

A beautifully finished tile and worktop installation👌🏼

This project features 40mm Beech worktops from Worktop Express, complemented by Anthracite Metro tiles with matching grout, creating a seamless and contemporary aesthetic.

Tiles supplied by B&Q, perfectly tying together the modern cabinetry and warm natural tones of the worktops.
