Yesterday, our Service Manager, Natasha Hughes, and Operations Manager, Grant Dawes, spent the day at our sister company, BGS, attending a Performance Management Masterclass delivered by MTD Training.

The session provided valuable insights into effective performance management, leadership, and developing high-performing teams. We're committed to continuously learning and bringing new skills back to strengthen our business and better support our colleagues and customers.
