Resolution: Our Trustmark Suspension Has Been Lifted

We are pleased to announce that our company has been officially removed from the Trustmark suspension list.

As we suspected and communicated previously, this was entirely due to a clerical error and administrative incompetence on their end. To clarify the situation for our clients, partners, and network:

✅ The Error is Resolved: Trustmark has acknowledged the mistake and reinstated our status.

✅ Zero Impact on Quality: This was never a reflection of our standards, our craftsmanship, or our compliance.

✅ Formal Accountability: We are currently seeking a formal announcement from Trustmark to publicly justify their error and confirm that our organisation was never at fault.

We understand that seeing a "Suspended" status, even briefly, can be concerning. We want to thank you for standing by us while we fought to get this corrected. Our team remains fully operational, and our focus is back where it belongs: delivering high-quality results on all active measures.

Important Update Regarding Our Trustmark Status

Transparency with our clients and partners is our top priority. Some of you may have noticed our company name recently appearing on a Trustmark suspension list, and we want to address this head-on.

To put it simply: This is a purely administrative error on Trustmark's end. Here is what is actually happening:

🟢 To keep our profile clean and compliant, we made the proactive decision to remove the IWI measure for now until a suitable site is ready for audit.

🟢Trustmark has failed to update their system to remove this discontinued measure from our profile.

🟢Because this outdated measure remains on their list, their system has flagged an "anomaly" and unfairly triggered a suspension.

To say we are frustrated is an understatement. It is incredibly disappointing that an administrative oversight on their platform can result in a suspension that risks delaying retentions we are rightfully owed.

We want to reassure all our clients and network this has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of our work, our active accreditations, or our ongoing projects. We are still fully operational on all of our active measures.
