Removable dash integration for classic interiors
Designed to add modern functionality without altering the original vehicle.
This started with a 3D scan of the dash, allowing the panel to match the factory geometry and clip into the original location with no permanent changes.
From there the panel was developed in CAD to:
• integrate a removable Bose speaker system
• house additional switch positions
• maintain clearance behind the dash
• follow the original interior lines
The result is a fully reversible solution:
– no cutting
– no drilling
– no damage to original components
When the vehicle is parked, the speaker can be removed completely, leaving nothing visible and helping deter unwanted attention.
And for shows or concours events, the panel can be swapped back to the original in minutes, keeping the vehicle exactly as it left the factory.
A clean way to bring modern usability into heritage vehicles without compromising them.
