A friend of mine Ant, had the most disastrous news 6 months ago to be told that his daughter had passed away. Ellie who was only 17 just a few weeks before her 18th birthday. The news shook our little community and to pay respects to her I will be involved in charity football game playing against Elllie's football team this Sunday at Allscott football pitch where I will be along side Ant and the rest of the team who have played along side him for the past 3 decades to pay our respects the best way we know how and thats together.

🔧 How to Use the Easy‑Fill Lever on a Baxi Combi Boiler

Switch off your Baxi combi boiler and let it cool.

Locate the pressure gauge on the front—check if it reads below 1 bar (low pressure).

Underneath the boiler, find the green Easy‑Fill lever and remove its black cap.

Pull or turn the lever slowly clockwise/down, and watch the gauge as water flows in—pressure should rise gradually.

Stop as soon as the gauge reaches the green zone (ideally 1.0–1.5 bar).

Return the lever to its closed position, replace the cap, and switch the boiler back on.

If the pressure goes above 1.5 bar, release some water by bleeding a radiator.

❗ Only repressurise to 1.0–1.5 bar to stay safe and avoid boiler fault codes like E118 or E119.
