Customer called me out to this one as there was a burning smell and it was getting very hot when hot water was called for. Obviouse signs of spillage inside with black soot marks and it failed a sweep test.
Now capped off to keep the customer safe (they still have there immersion for hot water)

This customer had Multiple bathrooms that all needed supplying with pressurised hot water. This 210 litre unvented hot water cylinder was the perfect solution for them meaning all outlets needs are met when called for.

Another reason annual boiler service's are so important!! This Ideal logic hadn't been serviced for years!! This customer called us as there boiler was leaking water and causing damage to the floor around it. This would have been caught a lot sooner if servicing/inspections had been done.
Unfortunately this had rusted through the case meaning it was no longer room sealed so deemed as unsafe. New boiler going in for this customer. At least they dont need there heating during this glorious weather we have been having.
