WE'RE HIRING – PTS SKILLED OPERATIVES & WORKING FOREMAN
Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, New Approach Contractors Ltd is looking for experienced Skilled Operatives and Working Foremen to join our Railway Division.

What You'll Generally Be Working On (but not limited to)
• Platform maintenance such as tactiles, coping stones, asphalt and drainage works
• Concrete bases
• Fencing
• Block Paving
• Steel Repairs
Location & Hours:
• Predominantly night time working
• Occasional daytime required
• Projects across the South East, Sussex, Greater London and surrounding areas
What We're Looking For:
• PTS
• SSSTS qualification (foremen)
• Ability to complete task briefings, risk assessments, permits and COSHH documentation
• Strong commitment to site safety and team welfare
• Leadership and communication skills
Additional qualifications beneficial:
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• Small tools tickets
Other Requirements:
• Reliable transport to our Maidstone, Kent yard (meeting point)
• High standards of workmanship
• Positive attitude and good people skills
