Phase 2 with a annex and utility room extension.

With two old wells to fill and bridge over with reinforced concrete footings.
L bars for a retaining wall along roadside and path with a tanking system (red wall) for waterproofing.

Water pipe installed along with rain water and foul drains. New oil line installed under the floor and ductings for electric.

Still using traditional lime mortar and reclaimed bricks ready for roof to be pitched.

This traditional brick built double bay garage from start to finish. With steal posts for fire regulations and cladded in oak. All reclaimed bricks used and traditional lime mortar, with double doors for easy access to the garden.
Start to finish job from breaking ground with the digger to putting the roof tiles on. Call 07775884410

Job done in 2020 to provide an area for a shepherds hut. We dug out the garden and installed steal posts with green oak sleepers to retain the rest of the garden with drainage behind the wall. We also created steps using the oak sleepers and laid type one as a subbase. To conceal the garden we put up a 6ft featheredge close-board fence. 🐑🐑

Here we completed groundworks for a concrete triple bay garage base with drainage and surrounding brickwork. 🚗🚗🚗

Job done back in 2018 where retaining walls were constructed along with footings. A new patio was laid using Indian sand stone and pointed with a resin based compound. 🧱🧱

Here is a small patio area we completed. We started by digging out the area, laid and compacted subbase and finished off with standard concrete slabs to create a hard standing ☀️☀️

Here is some groundworks we completed for a barn conversion back in 2018. We dug out oversight, excavated the footings, poured concrete, erected block and beam floor complete with drainage and services. We finished off with brickwork up to DPC 💪🏻😀.
