So you're in the market for a new welding machine and you've noticed that we have a machine listed as "shop soiled."
You may find yourself wondering, what is a shop soiled R-Tech welding machine?

Before being placed on the shelf for ready for a customer to purchase, every R-Tech Machine is tested and inspected by our quality control team.
Our quality control engineer conducts a comprehensive weld/cut test on each machine, thoroughly checking every setting to ensure proper functionality

After the weld/cut test, the engineer will also conduct a full visual inspection of the machine's exterior, including the chassis and case, to check for any imperfections.
If the engineer finds any minor imperfections, such as a small paint scratch or bumper scuff, instead of fitting a new case on the machine and selling it as new, the engineer will mark it as "shop soiled" and discount it from the usual RRP.

Every Shop-Soiled Machine we sell is still a brand new unit, complete with all the accessories that you would expect a new machine to come with.

In addition, we also include our class-leading, no-quibble, collect and return 5 year warranty.
