Busy start to the week!! 💪🏻💪🏻

What was meant to be an average drainage job relocating a soil stack after the removal of a dilapidated outhouse, became a little larger after discovering the clay drainage had been compromised by tree roots with a 50% crush!! 🤯🤯 A little more digging and fiddling around but nothing is too much drama!! 😎

Storm water replaced whilst we were there so it’s all in modern plastic and no risk of future crush! ✅

A little late on the post but this is the progression up to yesterday stud partition wall has now been insulated and plasterboarded ready for doorliner and plastering. Damp prevention in the bathroom has commenced..

•Walls tanked ✅
•Stud work completed (away from external wall to prevent potential damp pe*******on) ✅
•Insulation being installed to further keep the property warm ✅

Next steps:

•First fix electrics and plumbing
•Vapour barrier to be installed
•plasterboard and plaster

This will completely change this bathroom for the better and make it fit for many years to come!
