*Customer Update*

Works have been progressing at LRS, and we are hoping to be back open by the end of June, once MDM Services have installed and tested the replacement pump controller and probes.

A lot of the equipment we've been waiting for - both in the shop and on the forecourt, had 6-8 week lead times, so it's been a rather frustrating waiting game! We know you're all keen for us to re-open too, and we promise we our doing our best to get there asap.

We've been keeping busy with various other site improvements though, which shall be revealed in due course! 😉

Good evening all. You might have heard Susannah on BBC Radio Glos talking about the closure of Ledbury Road Services and time scales for re-opening, with Jon Smith on the breakfast show recently.

Unfortunately we are going to be closed for a good few weeks due to the extent of the damage, but we hope to be back up and running again in June.

We're very grateful for all the kind words and support from everyone, and can't wait to get back to serving you all again. :)

The petrol station is closed while repair work is carried out.

While we are closed waiting for contractors to finish assessing the damage to our electrics and fuel pumps following the lightning strike (not looking great so far 😕), we thought we'd use the time to get some other jobs done, including improving the car park and finally getting our fuel branding changed.

As you may be aware, Total Energies are no longer operational in the UK following the collapse of the Prax group and closure of the Lindsey Oil refinery, so after months of battling to be released from our old contract, we have recently signed a five year deal with Essar.

This should mean a lot more stability in deliveries and pricing going forwards.

Apart from the small matter of the Trump/Iran conflict obviously.

It's been a hell of a first 18 months!

We've been overwhelmed with the support and kind words from all our customers following the lightning strike, and can't wait to get back to serving you all as soon as possible 🙂.

We will be putting regular updates on social media about timescales for re-opening once we know more, so keep checking in here.

We loaded up our delivery van with perishable stock this afternoon and donated it all to the Salvation Army kitchen in Gloucester. So that's our good deed for the day!

After yesterday's unfortunate direct hit by lightning, Ledbury Road Services will be closed until further notice for engineers to assess the extent of the damage on the pumps and electrics.

We apologise for the inconvenience. (It is somewhat out of our hands!)⚡ 🤦😕⚡

*Now back open with fuel!*

As we're sure you're aware, we have been struggling to get deliveries recently with all the disruption the fuel industry is currently experiencing. We apologise for the inconvenience - it is frustrating for us too!

Good news is we have been told we will be (possibly) receiving our delayed delivery later this morning, and will post an update when/if it arrives!!!! 🙏
