Happy New 2026 Year !

We want to thank our team and everyone involved in this project, who makes the progress visible despite the cold weather we had last week. Here is a quick update of our Swindon Site where the Show Homes 🏠have been built and more timber frame houses 🏘️ are coming up. Keeping up the good work team 💪🏻.

As 2025 comes to the end, Mercon Ltd team is excited to announce that we have been awarded the brickwork and scaffolding package of 137 units for Vistry Group at Swindon , Cotswolds. We have started to bring over our contribution to this development Phase 6 and 7 South Marston and will take it to it's successful completion. Thank you for your partnership and trust in working with the best. Works have already commenced well at the show homes with additional plots due to be available in the New Year. 🏘️

Duration of Works: 10 October 2022 - Present
Package: Brickwork

2 apartment blocks, located in Wembley by the river Brent, compromising lots of feature brickwork, which will be lifted up soon

Project: Feltham, Fern Grove Phase 2 & 3
Client: Howarth Homes
Duration of Works: 12 July 2021 - Present

A development of 3 Phases, in which Mercon has been onboard for each of them. Together has been built 5 blocks of flats totalling more than 200 plots

Previously completed Phase 1 of the site, and currently working on the next 2 Phases.

Duration of works: 15 months

Another outstanding result of our bricklaying team at Burnham site. Delivering 3 number Blocks of terraced houses for our client Octagon Developments.
