What happens after we install your system?

We get asked this a lot. Here's the short version.

We don't fit and disappear. All our installations come with ongoing aftercare, and we offer annual servicing to keep your system running at its best.

If something goes wrong — or you're just not sure something's working as it should — you call us, and we come out.

Simple as that.

We're in Thurso. We're not routing you through a national call centre.

That's one of the things that makes a real difference when you're living with a heat pump or solar system long-term.

It's been a busy couple of months — heat pumps fitted, solar systems commissioned, services booked, and a fair few new conversations started.

From first enquiry to a working system, there's a lead time involved — surveys, design, installation. To be up and running for summer, enquire sooner rather than later.

Entry systems start from around £5,600. A battery add-on from around £3,000 means the energy you generate during the day doesn't go to waste in the evening.

We're based in Thurso and cover all of Caithness & Sutherland — no waiting on a team travelling up from elsewhere.

Great to see Skerray Village Hall benefiting from a new air source heat pump.

A community space like this deserves a heating system that works hard and costs less to run — so it was a pleasure to get this one right.
