On Sunday, our very own Mrs Culmex will be running her first ever half marathon for Hospice care, at the great west run - Exeter
Tara is running a half marathon to raise money for Hospiscare, a charity that provides compassionate care and support to people facing life-limiting illnesses, as well as vital support for their families during the most difficult times. Hospiscare focuses on comfort, dignity, and kindness when it matters most, offering not just medical care but emotional and practical support too 🫶
This run is especially personal, as she is running in loving memory of Simon, and in support of his wife Kelly, her best friend, and all their family.
When Simon needed it most, our local Hospiscare was there to make him as comfortable as was possible and to support Kelly and the family through an incredibly tragic and heartbreaking time. The care, compassion, and strength they showed could never be forgotten.
Simon - who was a very busy, local Electrician and fellow tradesman, always found time to be with his family! Simon was well known for his dry sense of humour and great social life and is deeply missed by many!
Tara & Kelly have already done an amazing job raising almost £1000, however if anyone else would like to donate, the link is below. ⬇️
We wish everyone the best of luck for Sunday, and after 3 days at the Devon county show prior the big day, having bank holiday Monday couldn’t have come at a better time for Tara!
