DESIGN BECOMING REALITY...
Works are progressing apace on this East Devon renovation and extension project.
The original chalet bungalow has had the dormers rebuilt and a complete new roof covering using .tiles plain clay tiles. The original structure, constructed of solid 9 inch brick walls, has been clad in external insulation and is now starting to receive its new pink render finish. The concrete ground floor has also been removed and replaced with a new insulated ground floor with underfloor heating loops running off an air source heat pump. All services are being replaced and and finishes and fittings being renovated or being replaced.
A new clad extension and garage replaces the old extension and garage. The contemporary design of the extension respects the form of the original structure and allows it to be easily identifiable.
