POSITION AVAILABLE

Matt Forrester Construction needs another semi skilled or skilled worker, to start right away.

We need someone reliable for building works, mostly in Exeter. Must be happy to do various types of building works involved in domestic extensions and loft conversions etc etc.

You will be part of a small team, we work hard to finish on schedule and to a high standard.
Rates to be negotiated after a meet with my site manager and short trail period onsite.

Ok, Exeter crew..... I'm looking for a reliable all-around worker.
Semi-skilled or skilled. You will need your own transport and a decent set of tools.
Work will be on a self-employed, CIS basis and pay is weekly. Wages are to be negotiated. Bonuses are available if you make a good effort and jobs are completed before or on schedule.
You must be keen, reliable, work in a conscientious way and be able to do a range of jobs.
Trail period is required.
Immediate start and permanent position is possible.

End of the year pics!!!
Internal second fix is well underway and then we will leave the external finishing and groundworks to others.
Most my regular team will now move on to the next job, a loft/roof extension in Exeter and Ive another two big jobs to submit prices on next week, fingers crossed on those and going into the New Year. I hope you all have a good one, thanks Matt

Silver Birches slowly shaping up external K-rend 95% finished, internally all boarded out and plastering underway.

Hardieboard facia, soffits and cladding all done , now into the huge amount of battening for the tiny plain tiles.
The house is starting to look cleaner finally.
