“The Barns” Paignton, We started this project 3 years ago, we done some demolition and broke out all the driveways, paths and platforms in the old cider barns and crushed it all into hardcore to use at a later date, we laid all the drainage and poured the concrete floors inside the barns, the owners then decided to make changes and go back to planning which ended up taking 2 years!!, when planning finally came back through the diary was pretty stacked but I spoke to the lads and we all agreed we’ve started it so we’ll finish it! and had to fit it around other jobs, it’s been a great project to form 1 x 4 bed house, 1 x 3 bed house and 1 x 1 bed house for holiday let’s, the barns are stunning with the original beams and stone walls, massive thanks to everyone involved, the owners will now do the landscaping and gravel driveways. 😀💪🏻👊🏻☝️

Torquay, we came to do a bedroom and office extension but ended up refurbing most of the house including 2 new bathrooms, new laundry room, new utility room, reconfigured bedrooms and bathroom for a better layout, tiling of existing kitchen floor with underfloor heating, panelling in the hallway and landing, new patio etc etc 😅

Amazing build in Torquay, removed the whole roof and added a First floor, extended on the side to add a big utility, excavated basement to add additional space, built a double garage, really nice build this one, landscaping and driveway to be done at a later date. 😀
