We're excited to announce the installation of our new tilting furnace at our Totnes foundry. 🙌

This advanced Nabertherm furnace will play a key role in our aluminium precision casting process, joining the growing line-up of equipment in our new facility.

With smooth controlled tilting and exact temperature control, it enables safer, more consistent handling of molten metals – leading to higher-quality castings, faster turnarounds and greater flexibility to work with a wide range of alloys.

This investment strengthens our capability to meet the demands of construction, defence, marine and other industries where precision and reliability are critical.

As our new facility takes shape, we’re focused on making processes more efficient and predictable to deliver better results to our customers.

Boosting output while maintaining quality is always a challenge – that’s where our RAPID vertical fast loop system comes in.👇

With automated closure, individual job tracking and system monitoring, 3-4 operatives can now handle 180+ moulds per day, compared with 8 operatives for 78 previously!

Using 100% reclaimed sand improves casting finish and reduces fettling, giving customers faster lead times, consistent quality and castings ready sooner. 🙌

Before all four walls of our new facility went up, it was just an empty site and a big vision for the future.

The build is still underway, but even now, it’s exciting to see the space take shape where we’ll continue delivering high-quality castings.
