Single story extension and a complete knock through downstairs to make an open plan kitchen diner⛏🧱⛏🧱

100M2 of dolomite slate porcelain laid on this project creating a new patio area at rear of property with a bespoke circular pergola. Continuing around the front of property with new picket fences raised kerb edgings to form new flower beds with reclaimed sleepers also used for planters. We had a 200m2 driveway to create bu using silver granite decorative stone and charcoal tegula block paving with a sienna graphite edging. Formed and cladded in porcelain a new set of steps into front of property.

The steps up to the house were poorly constructed and coming away from the house so we took everything down and rebuilt the brickwork tied in to existing building to for new steps with a sandstone top. We also erected the siberian larch privacy screen to pathway to customers spec with a small oval patio in rear of garden for new seating area.

New decorative stone driveway widened to allow customer more room for cars, with new double gatesand block paved area.
