We appreciate everyone’s support throughout the year, but we’d like to give a special mention to Michael Burns at Platinum Property Services without Michael, there would be no Gala Parade!

Year after year, Michael has been an incredible supporter of the Gala. The parade simply couldn’t go ahead without his help, from giving up his own time, supplying his own pick up for towing boats, providing lorries and drivers!

It’s was great to be invited back to our clients property last week to see how their project looks after the garden has bloomed.

We finished this project earlier this year.

We fully stripped this property back to less than a shell. Walls were removed and the property reconfigured.

New roof with green coat eyebrows have been added.

Extension added to the rear with a car port added to the front of the property.

Air source heat pump, solar and 450m2 of under floor heating through out.

New flooring, doors and joinery finishes.

5x new bathroom suites.

New kitchen and utility rooms installed.

Velfac external doors and windows.

Full plastering and decoration.

New smooth render and external hard landscaping completed.

All trades supplied.

Another week and another first class project starting.

It’s great to have started work on this commercial property in Dirleton. We look forward to delivering 2 new build properties on the site.

It’s fantastic to hand over this beautiful project in Gullane around 8 weeks ago.

Other than the existing external walls and concrete floor this is a new build home.

We extended the property by adding a vestibule at the front along with an extension to the rear.

✅ Property re roofed with single ply membrane and zinc to the pitch roof and facias.
✅ Full re wire
✅ New doors and windows
✅ Underfloor heating throughout
✅ Kitchen and 2x shower rooms.
✅ Plastered and fully decoration.
