We’re a small, trusted team delivering high-quality air source heat pump installs and heating systems.
No ASHP experience needed — as long as you have prior heating system experience, we’ll support you while working within our team.£250–£300/day (depending on experience)
Work within ~20 miles of HP23
Reliable ongoing work
Support into renewables & self-employment
You’ll need:
Own transport
Basic tools (press-fit a bonus)
Public liability insurance
Good attitude is key — everything else can be taught

Not every heat pump needs a new concrete base.
On this installation in Tring, rather than redoing the base, we used adjustable anti-vibration feet to get the unit perfectly level.

✔ Less disruption for the customer
✔ Faster installation
✔ improved lifespan of unit

It’s small decisions like this that make a big difference to performance and longevity.

Prior to the installation we undertook a full heat loss survey working out the best solution for the entire upgraded heating system including the hot water storage and air source heat pump. We removed the untidy pipe work in the airing cupboard including the gas combination boiler before alterations allowed the tight squeeze cylinder install. Now up and running we monitor the system remotely.

Another Air source conversion completed today in MK

Today we handed over the converted system to our brilliant customers in . Removed gas boiler and existing hot water cylinder located inside. Installed 7kw Arotherm Plus with a Unistore super coil cylinder with the sensocomfort wireless controls.

From completion to the beginning. This was the plant room of a heating system we designed and installed in a stunning property with beautiful views over the Chiltern hills. Not in the images was 500 litre break tank with twin inverter pumps contained in an external purpose built timber building. Designed for air source heat pumps the customer decided to opt for kerosene external oil boiler. The entire house was underfloor heating keeping those luxury bathroom nice and warm
