We have been very quite on our socials lately so here is an update of some of the jobs we have been carrying out.
Full flat refurbishment in the center of Bradford on Avon.
This consisted of new hardwood flooring throughout , wall paneling , custom kitchen island/ dining table , built in wardrobes , new suspended floor in the bathroom as the the existing one had been done poorly in the past and all finished off with natural stone slip bricks to crate some feature walls and to give the property a cottage feel.
The large 132m2 extension in farleigh hungerford has also been moving along , this is now water tight fitted with a standing seam tin roof and a flat roof section covered In epdm rubber , we have also fitted render board and added external insulation around the chimney ready to be rendered.
We have also carried out a render clean , drive way and patio clean in Warminster.
Our current project is also in Warminster doing a garage conversion.
The existing structure was ready to fall down so we have taken it down and are now replacing it with a new timber frame structure along with a new epdm flat roof.
Once water tight we will be converting this space into 2 bedrooms, more posts to follow on this as we progress.
