Neon pink portmatched and gasflowed inlet manifolds and throttle body. As this is going on a supercharged engine the orignal pcv port have been removed and smoothed .
Plus a custom carbon fiber badge to finish it off.

Very hard colour to photograph as it's so bright it messes the camera up

Peugeot van was running rough and down on power.
All stripped down and found the problem straight away.
Over half of the valve springs have either bent or collapsed. I have never seen this before as the springs normally snap not bend.
One of the valve guides also snapped the tip section off.
All valves checked and refurbished, springs and broken guide replaced and all back together (after a light skim)

More portmatched and gasflowed inlet manifolds finished for the renault clio3 sport.
Supercharging the renault F4R has became very popular on the clio3.
As its going to be forced induction I have removed and smoothed off the orignal pcv port as this is no longer needed (plus it would need to be blanked anyway as would pop off under boost)
Most of the time people fit a rubber blank but removing and smoothing before painting looks so much better

Fully refurbished renault clio3 sport brake calipers. Finished in a custom neon pink (supplied by the customer) and black rotrex decals.
These will certainly stand out, plus there getting fitted to a supercharged clio 👌
Got to finish the ported Inlet manifolds in the same colour so watch this space to see the results
