These are images of an external deck area and steps we built, this was part of a larger project which included changing windows to glazed door so our clients could access this deck and their garden. More photos to follow of dormer windows we fitted along with other internal works, including creating en-suites.

This was a steel framed, glazed extension with roof lantern-which replaced an old conservatory which had to be demolished first. Foundations were laid to support a steel framed structure which supports a large roof lantern. A contemporary style handleless kitchen was fitted, finished with both quartz and oak worktops. A Luxury Vinyl Tiled floor was laid to complete the extension. We also carried out all the electrical, plumbing and bespoke carpentry throughout the extension-extra steelwork was utilised to provide support for the removal of walls to create an beautiful contemporary open plan lounge, kitchen diner for our clients. This takes advantage of the wonderful rural views.

We were reminded of an article in Country Living recently, which we were mentioned in a few years ago-when we were involved in the restoration of an old fisherman’s cottage in Gorran Haven. The owner wanted to create a homely vintage style to display art work and individual “finds”. It is so rewarding when we are able to help a client achieve their dreams.
