Updates on the Falmouth job:

•Outside is all rendered in k-render, with new windows to match the soffit,facia and guttering

•The roof is complete, cement fibers,easy slate and a new velux. Also the dry ridge kit ( waiting on solar panels)

•kitchen roof has also got new cement fibers and two new Veluxs, just needs the top strip rendered

•Bedroom and bathroom have both been insulated and double boarded, with a vapour barrier. Bedroom is also now plasterboarded and all skimmed out

•Timber frame wall,OSB and wrapped in protect thermo
•New roof timbers,OSB,felt and battened
•Starting the cement fiber slates, with easy slate as it’s a low pitch

•half of the roof fully stripped
•chimney removed
•floor boards and joists removed
•new lintels back In,ready for new floor joists
