After few long delay’s out of our hands.

are proud to see the development now taking its final shape, with the property looking exceptional as we move into the closing stages of the build.

The finishing elements are now being completed, including installation of the new kitchen, lighting throughout, and high-quality tiling — all contributing to a refined and modern finish.

This project has benefited from an excellent architectural design by , and it has been a pleasure working alongside such a professional and collaborative team.

We look forward to completing the project and delivering a high-spec, beautifully finished home.

Designing and creating VS Golf has been a true passion project of mine — a dream brought to life for my family and for Cornwall's golf lovers.

With no architectural drawings or interior designers, I designed this project start to finish, which I am very proud of and my great team.
