Client was selling their ground floor flat and the Estate Agent requested a garden tidy. The garden and patio were certainly in need of help and the artificial grass was very tired.

A good clean up of rubbish, flower beds w**ded and dug over, patio scrubbed (but not jet washed - client didn't want that) and artificial grass given a new lease of life....

The flat sold not long after, so well worth the effort!
