Exciting progress on our latest eco build, where every material and detail has been chosen with sustainability and performance in mind.

This project brings together a palette of natural, renewable materials that work in harmony to create a warm, efficient, and environmentally responsible home.

✨ Key elements taking shape:
• STEICO timber fibre insulation — delivering exceptional thermal performance and breathability while keeping the structure fully natural and recyclable.
• Cedar cladding and cedar shingles — offering durability, low maintenance, and a beautiful finish that will mellow into soft silver tones over time.
• Glulam chestnut joists — providing strength and character, showcasing how engineered timber can combine elegance with sustainability.

As the build progresses, it’s inspiring to see how these materials complement each other — creating a structure that not only looks incredible but also performs to the highest environmental standards.
