A few days well spent last week clearing the wet winter spoil away from our Epsom site. After a period of dry weather it was the right time to tackle the logistics involved with the property being situated away from the roadside. Another project off the list!
A 9m2 Garden Room completed this week in Uckfield.
Built to suit the space available, with glazing incorporating Venetian Blinds and electrics installed to work with the proposed internal layout, this building will serve as great extra space.
Huge credit is due to Jack at JC Gardens for his faultless hard landscaping work on behalf of the customer prior to our arrival, thank you for the recommendation, we’ve thoroughly enjoyed doing what we do best to complete this overall project!

We’re sure that a lot of you could agree, the last few weeks have been challenging ☔️😅
But with a bit of enthusiasm and a positive mindset, good progress is being made on this extension project in Epsom.
With the brickwork up to damp and the mud slowly disappearing, it’s time to swap out the wellingtons and press on with some structural elements 🧱🛠️
It’s been a team effort that’s for sure!

Having completed this building prior to the Christmas break, we returned during the early part of last week to install this perimeter decking area as requested by the customer. This decking really compliments the building, allowing for easier access and creating a nice seating area where there is evidently a relaxing sun trap, very welcome on what was a very cold few days ❄️☀️

As designed by our customer, we completed a woodland style garden building this week. A multifunctional building, hosting a potting shed/storage area along with a timber clad home office.
We will be returning to this project in the new year to complete a wrap around decked area to aid with access on this contoured garden, also to create an outside seating area.

Completion day ✅
Today we were proud to hand over the keys to this completed Annex in Hove.
Designed and built to suit the needs of our customer, the building hosts an efficient wet central heating system, an accessible bathroom, open plan kitchen/lounge and low maintenance external finishings.
From initial consultation and obtaining the relevant permission, right through to the final wipe of the kitchen worktops, Watts & Holden have guided our customer and carried out every aspect of the construction process to include relevant groundwork’s, first & second fix joinery, external finishings and everything in between.
Our achievements wouldn’t be possible without the support and hard work from Liam at L.electrical contractors limited and Josh & Tom our dedicated plumbing team.
Our goal of producing a warm, efficient, easy living and accessible place to call home has certainly been superseded!
