Not much to look at for most people, but a lot of work has gone into getting to this stage!

Floor insulation down, underfloor heating in and liquid screed poured.

Now we can crack on with insulating the walls and installing joists for the first floor before getting the staircase in!

Driveway in Grendon is now complete! Proper happy with how this one has turned out!!

The Cornish Silver self-binding gravel looks ace and gives the driveway a clean, textured finish.

We also finished off the raised sleeper beds with planting, which always adds a bit of life and colour to the finished project

Big thanks to CED Group for supplying the gravel.

The transformation of this property is incredible. The owners have done an amazing job renovating the house inside and out, and it's been great to play a part in bringing the front of the property up to the same standard as the inside jobs.

They've been fantastic clients to work for from start to finish. They knew exactly what they wanted from day one, which always makes life easier!

Septic tank installation complete!

This new 12-person Harlequin Bio Harvester is now installed 👌

From excavation to installation, the whole tank was in the ground and positioned in a matter of hours.

They say once this tank has dealt with your mess, the water is clean enough to drink afterwards... we'll take their word for it 🤣

Jobs like this (working at 3 metres deep) require a team that's precise, experienced and safety conscious from start to finish. The Ginger Boys were right on it!!

A little add on to the previous reel we posted with the full project!

One side of the boundary was hidden behind overgrown hedging, while the other was made up of old low fencing that the dog could jump over 😂

The brief was to open the space up, let more light into the garden and create a secure boundary for the client's dogs.

A big transformation that not only looks smarter, but is far more practical too 🐶

New post and rail fencing complete, complete with chain link mesh for a big job in Quainton, Buckinghamshire

Front driveway pending in Grendon, Buckinghamshire!

The lads are cracking on with this one.

The old shingle driveway has been stripped out and we're well underway with the new layout. So far we've installed a charcoal block paved border complete with ACO drainage channels to tie in with the existing driveway, along with a granite set rumble strip at the entrance.

The whole driveway will be finished with Cornish Silver self-binding gravel along with two sleeper beds and a laurel hedge to screen the oil tank from view!

Stay tuned for this week's update - this one's going to look mint! 💪

Concrete now laid for the garage base in Launton!

Good to get this one poured and finished off after all the prep work getting it ready. Now set for the young mechanic’s new workshop garage 🔧

If only it really did take this quick 🫠

Big job for the guys happening in Quainton, Buckinghamshire! Removing hedges, new fencing going up, knocking down old rotten sheds and decking to replace with brand new ones! All going on 🫡

Foundations and floor construction completed on the rear extension in Buckinghamshire!

Plenty gone into this stage over the last couple of weeks! 3 block deep of blockwork, compacted crushed concrete with a blinding layer of sand, steel mesh laid and concrete poured for a reinforced slab.

150mm insulation boards installed and screed levelled off like a billiard table!

Now time to start lifting this extension out the ground 🔨🏡

Garage base install underway in Launton, Oxfordshire

While half of the gang are working on the rear extension, the other half have been getting this one ready for a young mechanic’s new workshop 🔧

Fully excavated, soil levelled on site, electric supply installed, then shuttered up with a compacted sub base ready for concrete.

Now just waiting for a cooler day next week before we get the polished concrete base down 👌
