Further groundwork and sub structure contracts on two other barns on this site that are being converted to residential houses.
Luckily the cold snowy weather went away and allowed us to complete the 60m3 concrete slabs before Christmas, giving us a fresh start for 2023!

Groundwork contract to convert this agricultural barn to a house with garden room extension. Many structural issues to contend with keeping the existing steel frame in place whilst completing our work to Dpc, where superstructure builders have taken over and made great progress.

The aim of this project was to reduce the height and make safe this wall that had a dangerous lean and wobble, a worry for pedestrians and car owners.
Reduced the height to a safe level, repaired any remaining major cracking and added a coping to weather the top.
