No editing, but sped up x5 to show you my morning skincare routine. It takes roughly 4 mins in real life, I also put a little concealer on and curled my lashes as I was heading to York for a day trip

Everything used is from Bemora Skincare’s own range, apart from the PDRN cream and the sun cream, which I don’t formulate at the moment.

Hydrating food and skincare

This mungbean and seaweed recipients simple, delicious and packed with goodness for our insides.

Mung beans, wakame seaweed, rock sugar and topped with water. Bring to boil then simmer for 45-60 mins, and enjoy cold or hot.

From outside in, our Hydration and refining serum is packed with snowmushroom extract, hyaluronic acid, Niacinamide and other plant actives to hydrate, brighten your skin. 🤍
