Hiden Analytical is a leading manufacturer of quadrupole mass spectrometers for both research and for process engineering.

Hiden Analytical celebrates over 40 years of design, development and manufacture of quadrupole mass spectrometers. Our products address a diverse range of applications - precision gas analysis, plasma diagnostics by direct measurement of plasma ions and ion energies, SIMS probes for UHV surface science, catalysis performance quantification, thermo-gravimetric studies - over a pressure range extending from 30 bar processes down to UHV/XHV.

Hiden Analytical's HPR-20 R&D Supports Carbon Capture Research

Last week we welcomed our European representatives and colleagues to Manchester and Warrington for the Hiden Analytical European Agents Meeting 2026.

We began at Malmaison Manchester with presentations, product updates and the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences from across our European network.

A special thank you to our presenters: Luke Wells, David Lundie and Jim Melling from Hiden Analytical; Sachin Menon and Sebastian Hentschel from Hiden Analytical Europe; Christoph Kerschbaum from Benelux Process; Codrin Mardare from NanoSystems MC; and Aldo Conti from AC Scientific.

On the second day, our representatives visited our UK headquarters in Warrington, exploring our facilities and technical application areas, including Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS) and Differential Electrochemical Mass Spectrometry (DEMS).

It was a valuable opportunity to bring everyone together, share technical and commercial knowledge, and strengthen the relationships that support our customers across Europe.

Thank you to all our European representatives, partner organisations and Hiden colleagues who contributed to making the two days such a positive experience.

☕🍰 £600 raised for Macmillan Cancer Support! 💚

Our recent Macmillan Coffee Morning at Hiden Analytical was a great success!

Thanks to everyone's generosity, we raised £433 through donations and plenty of delicious homemade cakes, sweet treats and savoury snacks.

Hiden Analytical also kindly donated an additional £167, bringing our fundraising total to an amazing £600! 🎉

A big thank you to everyone who baked, brought in food, donated and helped make the morning such a success.

We're proud to support Macmillan Cancer Support and the fantastic work they do! 💚
