Laiwu Steel’s 4300 mm heavy plate mill is one of the largest rolled plate production line, composed of a 4-slab continuous casting machine.
The advanced fast-cooling tables on the mill are engineered with Power Jacks products, delivering precision, reliability, and performance at every stage:

• 16 x B075 Rolaram actuators
• 16 x E-Series 300kN screw jacks
• working through 20 x bevel gearboxes
• and driven by 8 x electric motors

With a production capacity of 7 million tonnes per year, Laiwu Steel continues to benefit from the performance of Power Jacks products in critical applications.
