Bramble Cottage Lizard The cottage is well equipped and available for holiday lets. PRICES: From £300 to £550 per week, including linen and towels. DOUBLE BEDROOM and TWIN BEDDED ROOM.

Bramble Cottage is a delightful 2-bedroom holiday chalet on the Lizard Peninsula, just a couple of miles from Lizard Village, the southernmost point in England, Cadgwith Cove and Kynance Cove. Bramble Cottage, situated just a couple of miles from the most southerly point in England, is one of the larger bungalows at Trevelyan Holiday Homes in a quiet situation away from the road and overlooking the countryside. The Trevelyan complex is co-owned by the owners of Bramble Cottage, David and Sally Cradduck, hence there have been many improvements with more in progress. The bonus of a holiday here is peace and quiet, easy parking and a very comfortable base from which to enjoy this special part of Cornwall. Many beaches (Kynance Cove, Kennack Sands, Poldhu Cove) are within easy reach and the South West coastal path is only a short walk away through a nature reserve. The nearby villages of The Lizard and Cadgwith both offer good pubs, restaurants and interesting shops. ACCOMMODATION:

KITCHEN: well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. BATHROOM: with bath, WC, washbasin and electric shower. Separate WC. HEATING: night storage and electric heating. REAR GARDEN: with garden store, small barbecue, and table/chair/parasol set. FRONT GARDEN: grass area and easy/plentiful PARKING. PETS: one small pet. Believe it or not, we have a three week gap from tomorrow with no guests – despite the incoming heat wave! Where is everyone? If you fancy taking advantage of a last minute booking (sorry, we only do Sat-Sat at this time of year) please contact us direct on 07717 134272, [email protected] or DM us on this page. Think of all that beautiful green blue sea, the rugged cliffs, those amazing Ann's Pasties!

PS It might be worth remembering that it's still school term time too. A great opportunity for a quieter getaway.

Happy New Year, everyone! Did anyone see Cadgwith Cove (and Cadgwith Cove Inn) on Countryfile a couple of Sundays ago? What a lovely insight into the area and the lovely people who live and work there. You can still catch it on BBC iPlayer if you didn't see it.

Just a couple of miles up the road is Bramble Cottage and we're pleased to say that bookings are coming in fast for 2026. You can check out availability at https://secure.bookalet.co.uk/widget?id=ac25f66f-6e75-434c-9815-ecb011c17b1c&property=19021 and you can book your holiday direct with us by messaging or emailing [email protected]

We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely Cornish retreat.

Hi everyone and a Happy Christmas to you all, especially our guests who have stayed with us this year! Just to let you all know that we are no longer bookable through Trip Advisor as they no longer deal with individual properties like ours – but we are now listed on Vrbo which I believe also lists it on Trip Advisor but you just can't book through TA.

If you want to see the listing on Vrbo the link is here https://www.vrbo.com/en-gb/p4348484vb?dateless=true

But, of course, the easiest way to book is direct to us at [email protected] or call 07717 134272!

Do come and see us next year! Our availability calendar is here: https://secure.bookalet.co.uk/widget?id=ac25f66f-6e75-434c-9815-ecb011c17b1c&property=19021

A lovely walk in autumn sunshine from Kynance to Lizard Point and back. Chuffed to see and hear a very tame chough, see a container ship very close into some of the most dangerous British waters, and catch the waves at high tide.

A bit concerned that walking from Kynance to Lizard Point for lunch and back again might be a bit too much for Rosie, aged 11.5. In the end my 3.5 year old boots gave out first.🥾🐾🍽️

A lovely few days in the sun and sorting/mending/replacing/painting, walking and munching pasties before the season really kicks off. There’s no better place than this gorgeous corner of our fair country, especially when the sun is shining and the seas are that lovely turquoise.
