"Do things for the next generation.“

That belief inspired Neil Stockfleth and Kip Hansen to help plant a boulevard of trees at our Port Neal site in 2023. Three years later, the trees have nearly doubled in size and continue to take root across the site.

As they grow, the trees will help shape the landscape, store carbon, create habitat for wildlife, and contribute to the natural environment around Port Neal. It's a long-term investment in nature that future generations will be able to enjoy.

Last week, CF Industries and our Blue Point One joint venture partners Mitsui and JERA attended the program launch of the Groceries on the Geaux Mobile Market Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank.

The mobile market is a grocery-style truck that provides fresh produce, proteins, and shelf-stable goods at affordable prices to residents in need. The mobile market will serve Ascension Parish and other parishes in the food bank’s service area.

The event brought together food bank board members and staff, local elected officials, and company representatives. We’re grateful for the collaboration that made this mobile market program possible, and we’re excited about the difference this initiative will make for families across Louisiana’s capital region.
