What started as a small, tired bathroom with a dated suite and an awkward over‑bath shower has been completely reimagined into a stunning, modern space built for comfort and style. By utilising unused hallway space, removing the old airing cupboard, and repositioning the doorway, we were able to extend the room and create a separate walk‑in shower area that completely changes how the space feels and functions.
The walls have been fully re‑lined, the ceiling expertly skimmed, and every wet area has been professionally tanked with AquaGuard for long‑lasting protection. The beautiful tiles are from Tile Flair’s Loxwood range – a standout choice that brings warmth, texture, and elegance to the room.
To complement the soft tones, the walls are finished in a stunning pink that pairs perfectly with the brushed brass fixtures throughout. The room features a fluted vanity unit, a dual‑head shower, a sleek towel rail, and luxury vinyl beige oak flooring that ties everything together with a premium, modern feel.
