More small engine repair. Rotax DD2 clutch upgrade, original failed and contaminated the entire gearbox with fillings and debris. Engine seals removed, Full washout and hopefully back on track soon.

Fresh oil ,seals and bearings throughout.

Tkm BT82 115cc all ready to run in, for such a small thing it relies on quite a lot of details.
Full strip and clean on this one.
Crank is true to 0.00mm run out
Crank Bearings require casing heated,bearing frozen to install.
Rod bearings replaced, small end is 2mm individual rollers.
Bore honed
Ring gaps set
Squish set to just under limits.
Carb stripped, cleaned and pop off set.
Ignition timing set with dial indicator to max legal limits.
