Customer asked us to see if we could remove the pinion gear from the diff housing as their tooling couldn't.
I'm not surprised it couldn't, after finding the drive fl**ge had friction welded itself to the slightly damaged bearing😱
Mill...Press...heat.....bang!

Did you know we also carry out on site repairs?

Just this week so far, there's been transit exhaust studs snapped, glow plugs on a fiat ducato and ford transit, front pulley bolt on a Peugeot, snapped exhaust manifold bolt on a Vito, snapped injector bolt on a audi a4, snapped subframe bolt on a golf, injector bolt thread repair on a landrover. And we're only halfway through the week.

Only a couple pictures as I keep forgetting to take them but you get the idea 😅
