An interesting find on a survey today during a tenant vs landlord dispute 👀

We identified mould growth on the ceiling directly below an area where the insulation hadn’t been installed correctly.

The gaps in insulation were creating cold spots, allowing condensation to form and providing the perfect conditions for mould growth.

An invasive damp survey carried out at a dental practice today. 🦷

As part of our investigation, cabinet units were carefully removed to allow access to previously concealed areas and ensure accurate moisture readings could be taken.

The client had previously instructed two other companies to carry out remedial works, but the issue remained unresolved. We wanted to take a more thorough approach, identify the true source of the problem and give the client confidence and trust in our findings before recommending any further works.
