🏗👷‍♂️ Concrete Pump 👷‍♂️🏗

We are at it again pouring more Concrete for some foundations for a new timber framed extension over in Broadstone for Archer Carpentry Loft Conversions

As always with groundwork you never quite know what your going to find, and on this occasion we ended up having to underpin the existing rear elevation due to the existing foundation heights being high, and our new reduce dig exposing them complelty 💪

Few extra days of hard digging and shuttering, and an extra 5 cubic metres of concrete, and this one is all but wrapped up ready for the wood butchers 🔥🤣

Just need to build a retaining wall just off the side extension elevation in order to keep the sloped ground/new steps away from the new extension, and then we can squeeze the machinery that is currently stuck in the garden up and out 🤞

Today we battled the rain as we poured the last set of foundations for our last project of a very busy 2025 ✅️

We have been lucky with the weather upto date this year although our luck definitely run out this week and it had to be solid clay 🤣🌧🌧☂️

🔥🔥 New Porcelain Patio🔥🔥

The team have battled the wind and rain this week to more or less complete this landscaping project on a new build property in Verwood ✅️

We have used Cappuccino coloured 900mm x 600mm tiles laid stack bond with all materials being supplied by 💪

Thankyou to Wimborne Turf who supplied the lovely grass 👌

Just some grouting left to do early next week and then watch this space for the LED lighting, new wall lights,and border up-lighting, which will enhance this space on those long summer evenings 😎

- Commission new boiler and heating system 💪

⚠️ New Landscaping Project⚠️

Today we made a start on ripping out the typical garden that comes with a new build home 🏗🏡

First job strip out all the old slabs and turf and start sorting out new levels and retaining planters / Edgings ✅️

Next is to prepare the hardcore base for the new Porcelain patio 💪

Follow our progress over the next two weeks as we transform this garden and watch this space for some nice garden LED lighting 🔥
