Studland Homes and sister company Construction Dynamics are very excited to finally take occupation of this eyesore on Ripon Road, Harrogate today. After the whole build had been condemned, we will start demolition next week with the hope of creating a beautiful building of 6 apartments and staff accommodation before Christmas. Many thanks for the hard work of Kate MacNeill and Purpose Social Homes we finally managed to get this over the line. Hopefully some good news in the area.

It's been a fantastic morning delivering presents and selection boxes to Leeds Hospitals Charity and Leeds General Infirmary for the unfortunate children who will spend Christmas in hospital. This was a joint effort between Studland Homes Ltd and Construction Dynamics and forms part of our social value plans going forward into 2024, ensuring local charities and communities benefit from our projects.

We have been asked buy our client to replace the barge board and gable ladder detail on the existing Victorian house. After a bit of discussion the decision to replicate the original was made to our delight. We are using Sapele Hardwood which we know will last for many years and will look amazing when complete. We had a visitor yesterday who was very impressed in how the externals are progressing on our Wakefield project. 110m2 of random old Yorkshire stone flagging and new dwarf walls. This space looks soo open and big now.
