Our Brickwork Division headed to Dixon's Unity Academy in Wortley, Leeds, to give students hands-on experience in the trade - and left them with a BBQ they built themselves that will be standing long after they've left school. Not a bad first project.

A huge thanks to Dixon's Unity Academy for welcoming us in, and to Morgan Sindall Group plc for including us in their social value programme as part of the Middlecross Care Home project for Leeds City Council.

We hope it inspires a new generation of talent into the trade.

Celebrating the achievements of one of our Bricklaying Apprentices – Josh Hickman

A fantastic way to close National Apprenticeship Week, seeing Josh recognised at the Kirklees College Apprenticeship Employer Awards, which Josh attended earlier in the week supported by two of our Directors, Jon Henley & Dave Cawley

An amazing testament to his character is that he will be completing his course ahead of schedule, and booking his End Point Assessment six months early is a huge achievement!!!

We are proud to invest in tomorrow’s construction professionals, ensuring that quality remains at the heart of everything we do. Josh is a true credit to our team.
