March ended with yet another successfully completed porcelain project ✨

This particular 30m2 area, with received sunlight throughout the day, was in much need for a patio area for the entire family to enjoy, especially with the bbq season well and truly underway ☀️🍔

Another 35m2 of pathways and smaller areas were also undertaken 😊

Hi 👋

March began with the successful completion of this wonderful project for one of my returning customer 🤩 and what a transformation it is ✨

I entirely transformed this area, replacing an old, deteriorating decking with a beautiful raised porcelain patio featuring decorative steps 🧱🧱

Previously used to grow vegetables, this area was in need of a revamp 🌱 and these sleeper bays accomplished that 🤩

The sleeper bays are equally spaced with solid paving connecting throughout, facilitating easy access to all the vegetables 🥕🥬🫛

Hey 🙂

On this project the flags had become dislodged and were unstable 🚧

To create a safe additional parking space, I relocated the curved flag from the driveway. I extended the area using the previously dislodged flags, and then reinstalled the curved flags to add the extra width 🧱✨
A flat laying gravel was then installed to help with further additional parking 🤩

Here I installed two completely different styles of gates, but both look amazing and work really well 😁

1️⃣ A double-sided double contemporary gate, opening both ways. This was helpful in maintaining the full width. ✨
2️⃣A wrought iron-framed composite gate. This gives a modern but timeless look 🤩✨

▪The installation of 60m2 of Kandle Grey porcelain tiles ✅
▪The construction of 35m of feather edge fencing, using concrete posts and gravel boards ✅
▪The integration of 2 elevated sleeper planters ✅
▪The creation of a kids play area using bark chipping ✅
▪landscaping and new lawn relay ✅

Hi 👋

This project was completed at the end of 2025 and truly enhanced this property 🤩 Reclaimed York stone cobbled setts were used as a prominent feature at the entrance of this driveway, and also around the perimeter edge ✨ and the centre was finished off with a contrasting Yorkshire cream gravel.

The contrast of old cobbles against newer house brick perfectly demonstrates how new and old can beautifully coexist 😁
