So here we have a customer who had another boiler engineer out who looked at it and said it needed replacing from the get go.

Luckily she opted for a second opinion and with a couple of hours work, we managed to replace the flow sensor and sump on the boiler and get it running as good as new!

Any boiler can be repaired, we are always transparent with the customer with a price to repair and a price to replace.

We leave you as the customer in control of what you really want!

Here we have had a customer with intermittent hot water issues. With the plate heat exchanger blocked, it causes the boiler to overheat and lock out.

Same day fixed with it being put back to ‘as new standard with some time in the sonic cleaner.

Customer back up and running within an hour without the expense of a brand new plate heat exchanger and a second visit.

🚨Here we have a recent callout to hot water issues

The early viessmann models have rubber flow and return hoses which can block up easily!

On this job we removed the hoses and got rid of all the crusty blockages inside which was stopping the boiler flowing correctly

🚫Because of the blocked hoses - the plate heat exchanger was blocked. We carry a sonic cleaner with us which will bring the plate heat exchanger back to ‘as new’ standard without the expense of buying a new plate heat exchanger!

💨Expansion vessel recharged which will aid in stopping the pressure dropping all the time also. Are you having issues with your water pressure dropping all the time? Sometimes it’s as simple as recharging the vessel which we conduct as a boilers routine annual service!

🛠️ Full strip service completed to polish this boiler off and it’s up and running in perfect working order!

This customer had cold spots on their radiator and some not working as they should be

pH levels of the heating system checked throughout the flush
