Downstairs toilet renovation. Stripped out, re plumbed, plastered, tiled and finished to a high standard.

Leaking wet room ripped out. Replaced with a stone resin tray, new enclosure. A new shower valve fitted to replace the old built-in valve. Shower panels and tiles fitted to unsure the room is watertight.

New doors hung. New handles and latches.
Some slight alterations needed to the door casings.

Revamp from wood at the front of the house. Looked so nice the neighbors had theirs done too!

Kitchen units fitted and floor tiled.
Worktop fitted by Wren fitters.
Sink and tap plumbed in and fridge fitted.

Bedroom given a face lift.
Wardrobes given a new coat of paint and new wallpaper to complement throughout. Ceiling and woodwork have also been freshened up with a coat of paint.

Old flags were taken up. New drainage put around property. New retaining wall built to create ramp.
Old flags were reused, plus new flags to finish off.
